What is the Inspiration behind your perspiration? This a one to two day seminar that is a training and motivational platform to teach managers, owners, and employees the value of looking outside of themselves to gain trust and the understanding of those who work together in the workplace by understanding what are the motivators that best inspire all people to be best performers. This experience will develop and atmosphere of understanding and accomplishment in the workplace through empathetic cooperation of all who work together.
Relationships in the Workplace. We look at the ladder of relationship dynamics in the workplace and guide your people in their ability to relate better to one another. We teach the principle that that we all go to work to make a living. Relationships will happen in time as we interact with one another. We teach that friendships follow in time but are not the reason we are in our occupational situation. We show how the development of relationship skills will enhance morale, productivity and the overall success of the organization. |
